The ninth International Conference on HF Radio Systems and Techniques has just finished. This time the IEE organised conference was held at the University of Bath, UK and was a success. We wish to thank our 'sister' conference for letting us officially launch the Nordic HF 04 conference by offering us their support and space at the exhibition area.

The Conference Committee and the Programme Committee thanks all delegates for a very successful HF 98 conference, and also welcomes you all back to HF 01. Meanwhile, there are some minor activities being planned, such as producing a CD-ROM including all papers from HF 86, HF 89, HF 92, HF 95 and HF 98 (more information when available).

The Organisers informs that HF 98 is well overbooked (183 registrations so far), but there might still be some room for further registrants if they accept primitive quarters. All queries to Ms Winnie Svensson, please.
Information about email access and delegates. Also updated Camp telephone numbers and added a Gotland road map.

Updated the Programme page. The papers have been preliminary placed in sessions, and all co-authors are now included. (Note that the papers will not be downloadable until after the conference).
