Proceedings from HF 98

The original Conference Proceedings are currently priced at SEK 1400:- or EURO 150:- or USD 200:-, plus Swedish VAT where applicable (world-wide mail delivery included). Note however, that the Conference Secretariat cannot guarantee availability since only a limited number of proceedings from earlier conferences are still available. Remaining copies of these binders may also be purchased at the next conference. << Order CD-ROM

Use the order form below to order the binders for yourself and/or your colleagues. When we have received the supplementing credit card data by fax (checked by us for validity), you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the message that the binder(s) will be dispatched to the delivery address entered here.

Please note that orders received close to and during the Swedish summer vacation (normally week 28 - 31) may not be processed until August.

1)  Note that Swedish VAT (+25%) will be added to the total order amount for orders within Sweden.
For orders within the EU (outside Sweden) the VAT will be added if no valid VAT number is entered here.
Orders outside the EU will not be charged the VAT.
