Overview
Note that any user registrations made for participation in earlier conferences
have been deleted when creating the new conference database. So please register
yourself for the current conference!
Use the online registration function (My Pages account) to register for participation, exhibition and/or submit abstracts, full papers and presentations. In case of problems or questions please contact the Secretariat through info@nordichf.org.
If you want to register

you must first create a My Pages account on this web site.
How to create a My Pages account:

1. Click on the Register button
2. Fill in the necessary information and click the Submit button
3. Await an e-mail confirming that you now have an account at the Nordic HF web
site
Thereafter you can log in and complete the contact information:

4. Click the My Pages button and enter Username and Password (which is repeated in the confirmation
e-mail, but not known to us or anyone else)
5. Select the 'Contact info' tab and fill in the necessary information and press
Save
6. Await an e-mail confirming that you have now supplied the necessary contact
information
Thereafter you can submit an abstract:

7. Select the 'Submit abstract' tab and fill in the necessary information and
press Submit
8. Await an e-mail confirming that you have successfully submitted and abstract
At a later stage, you can register as a delegate for participation at the conference (e.g. after
having received notice of acceptance/rejection of abstract).
Register for participation to the conference:

9. Select the 'Conference registration' tab and fill in the necessary
information and press Submit
10. Await an e-mail confirming that you have
successfully registered for participation
At all times your current status can be observed by logging in at My Pages and
selecting the Start tab.
